You’re probably asking yourself “Why RankHighest.com”? Well one of the main reasons is that this web domain is a decade old, that’s right, over ten years old! Age in domain names is an important factor in SEO, the older the domain, the more “equity” it has with a search engine.

Equity being a specific valuation to a search engine that tells their algorithm how strong your domain is against others ranking for those specific terms. In other words, age allows you to be stronger against other companies with newly registered domains or names that aren’t as old as yours. And thus, this has become our first SEO lesson!
